What should I do first if I discover water damage?
If possible, shut off the water source, avoid affected electrical areas, and call us right away so we can begin extraction and drying.
How quickly can you respond to an emergency?
We are available day or night and do our best to arrive within the hour or as quickly as possible.
How long does the drying process take?
Most homes dry within 2–5 days, depending on the severity of the damage, the materials affected, and airflow conditions. If structural materials are deeply saturated, it may take longer. We monitor progress daily and keep you updated with a clear timeline.
How quickly can mold start growing after water damage?
Mold can begin developing within 24–48 hours when moisture is left untreated. Warm temperatures, trapped humidity, and porous materials like drywall or flooring create ideal conditions for spores to grow. Acting quickly makes a big difference.
